In case of group bookings (where the booking contact is not the delegate or the only delegate), all individuals are deemed to accept the terms and conditions.
All participants must register and pay in advance of the event providing their name, position, organisation, telephone, email address, country and nationality according to the requirements of Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing.
Payment is due at the time of registration and any early bird discount is strictly subject to the cut-off date for that price bracket.
Registrations are not confirmed until payment is received in full which should be 15 days from the invoice date or before the event start date.
EFT/Direct Deposit to be effected as per the bank details on the invoice. Online payment can be made through credit card or PayPad.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation requests should be made in writing to [email protected].
Requests received within 60 days of the event will be charged at 25% of the ticket price.
Requests received within 30 days of the event will be charged at 50% of the ticket price.
Any no shows and requests received within 15 days of the event will be charged at 100% of the ticket price.
Liability
Ventures Connect will not be held liable for damages of any nature sustained by delegates or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to personal property at the event.
Agenda
Ventures Connect reserves the right to amend the agenda at any time and any published agendas are subject to change outside the organiser’s control.
